Decide who delivers
Use your own staff for nearby orders, a local delivery partner for busy days, or platform logistics where available. Offer store pickup for customers who prefer it.
Pack properly
Use sturdy packaging and seal high-value items. Include the invoice, and note the serial number or IMEI for electronics.
Track and confirm

- Record delivery with a signature, OTP or photo
- Keep tracking on the order for both sides
- For high-value items, encourage an unboxing video
